How long will it take to receive my order?You can expect your order to arrive around 6 weeks after the online store closes. Due to the nature of the products offered, some retailers, and decoration options, production takes longer than a typical retail shopping experience. Everything is made to order but know we work hard to produce orders as quickly as possible.

How much can I spend on apparel?Centric gives each employee $150 towards the apparel order, however you can spend as much or as little as you'd like. Any dollar amount spent over $150 will be deducted from your next paycheck after orders have been processed.

Can I change my order after I checkout?No. Please make sure that all items, colors, and sizes in your cart are accurate before checking out. After you've completed your order we will not be able to accommodate changes.

What if an item isn't offered in my preferred color or size?All items and options available in the store are accurate to inventory options for both retail and promo items. If you don't see your preferred color or size, that is because they are not in stock and unfortunately not available.

Do all of my items have to be decorated with the same logo?Absolutely not. You can add any combination of items and logos to your cart. We encourage you to represent all of our company logos, not just the one you perform work for.

What if I place my order but the item becomes unavailable?If you order a retail item and it becomes out of stock by the time we can place orders, we will reach out to you individually to see if you'd like to select a different item from the shop instead. We will do everything we can to limit this, but we cannot control inventory levels for any of the items offered so this is always a possibility.

What if I don't want to spend the full $150 gift?That's totally fine, but balances cannot roll over between stores. So, you either use it or lose it.

Can I send the apparel order to a family member to place an order?You may absolutely purchase items for loved ones, but YOU must be the person placing the order. Orders received from people outside of Centric Construction Group will not be placed. Have your loved ones send you their selections to include them in your order.

Can I place multiple orders?The platform will allow you to place infinite orders but your dedicated Marketing team will only accept the first order placed. Please only place ONE order to ensure your preferred items make it to you. Before placing your order, double check all items, sizes, and colors as order edits will not be accepted once your order is placed.

If I'm working out of town how will I get my order?If you are assigned to one of our projects outside of the Kansas City metro area we will mail your order to you once it is fulfilled!
